Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: July 2026
You are always in control of the data AutoPilot stores about you and your connected accounts. There are two ways to delete your data:
1. Disconnect from your dashboard
Log in to AutoPilot, go to Settings → Connected Accounts, and select Disconnect next to the account you want removed (e.g. Instagram or GitHub). This immediately revokes AutoPilot's access token for that account and deletes the associated profile data, message history, and draft replies from our database.
2. Email request
You can also request full account and data deletion by emailing budhathokikushal170@gmail.com from the email address associated with your AutoPilot account. Include the username(s) of any connected social accounts you want removed. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Once a deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:
- Stored access tokens for the disconnected account
- Cached profile information (username, bio, follower counts, etc.)
- Stored messages, comments, and AI-generated draft replies tied to that account
- Scheduling and analytics data tied to that account
Some minimal records (such as billing history, where applicable) may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so.
