• Content you authorize us to access: posts, comments, direct messages, and draft replies
• Activity data used to trigger automation, such as GitHub commits, issues, and releases
• Account authentication tokens required to act on your behalf via the platform's API

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Display your connected account details inside the AutoPilot dashboard
• Receive and process webhook events (e.g. new comments or messages)
• Generate AI-drafted replies and captions for your review
• Let you approve, edit, or send responses and scheduled posts
• Show you analytics about your connected accounts

Data Storage

We store connected account details, messages, comments, draft replies, sent reply history, and scheduling data in our database only for the purpose of providing AutoPilot's features. Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared with third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to operate the service (for example, the underlying AI provider used to generate draft text) or where required by law.

User Control & Data Deletion

You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your AutoPilot dashboard settings. You may also request full deletion of your stored data — see our Data Deletion Instructions page for how.

Children's Privacy

AutoPilot is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
