Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoPilot (the "Service"), operated by Kushal Budhathoki. By creating an account or connecting a social media account, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use AutoPilot. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you approve for posting and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of any third-party platform (Instagram, GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.) you connect.

Connected Accounts

AutoPilot requests access to third-party accounts (such as Instagram or GitHub) only to provide the automation features you enable — generating drafts, scheduling posts, and surfacing analytics. You can revoke access at any time from your dashboard or directly from the third-party platform's app permissions.

AI-Generated Content

AutoPilot uses AI to draft captions and message replies. Drafts are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is sent or published on your behalf, unless you explicitly enable automated sending for a workflow.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AutoPilot to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in platform manipulation
• Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform
• Upload or generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization

Service Availability

We aim to keep AutoPilot available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for posting delays, third-party API outages, or content published as a result of automation you configured.

Termination

You may stop using AutoPilot and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms or misuse connected platform APIs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
